Honda CBR 250R is a new sport plus commercial bike made by Honda especially for India. This is an amazing bike for people who wants style and performance.

Honda CBR 250R Features and Specifications Honda CBR 250R Looks - This bike looks fantastic. The Red + Grey mix is the most rocking one. There are 4 variant colors for Honda CBR 250R, which red , black , silver , HRC. HRC looks the best but red is the attractive color. It makes the bike very hot and sexy one so that almost every person on the street turns back to see which bike it is. Different type of exhaust , nice cockpit , fat tires, large 296mm disc, large fuel tank , etc make this bike look one of the best among all bikes in India.
Honda CBR 250R Handling - The handling of the bike is not much good, because controlling this heavy bike in traffic jams is little bit difficult. The bike weighs 167 kg. There is a difficulty in slow speed run but in corners it's amazing.
Body Finish - Fit and finish of CBR 250R is not up to Honda standards. The plastic of the fairings doesn't seem to be strong enough. The black paint work on the clip on handles is not that much good. It may be good, but not enough when you are spending near 2 lacs for this bike.
Comfort - This one is quite a comfortable bike, for the rider as well as the pillion rider. There is no high chances for getting back pains as the seating position and suspensions are great.
Tires are provided by Continental for the Indian CBR 250R. The tires look great but do not perform as much as they show. It has just an average road grip only. While cornering, you wont feel confident. A rider may feel the bike is unstable while turning due to these pre-fixed tires but no need to panic, the bike will go smooth and safe. The best feature of this bike is the Brakes, made by NISSIN , for ABS version and for the standard CBR they are made by bybre. The bike never skids, and stops very quickly after applying the brakes.
Performance of Honda CBR 250R CBR 250R is a powerhouse, it gives almost 26 PS power. Even though the bike is amazingly powerful it feels it is underpowered in first two gears but when u reach top gears it provides high power. It has a great mid end and top end but lacks the low end. Max power is obtained at 8500 rpm and max torque at 7000 rpm. Nothing more to say, the bike has been proven everything already. It has won 17 bike of the year 2011 awards and the best sports/race/touring bike in INDIA by overdrive magazine Overall, its a racing + tourer. It is fast and comfortable and suitable for long rides.
Mileage - The bike gives around a max mileage of 35 - 36 km/l, comparing with other ordinary bikes this is quite low but for a 250cc , 26 PS bike, 35 km/l mileage is a good figure.
Cons: * Fit and finish of the bike not up to the standard. * Very heavy and cause problems in slow speed in traffic. * Mudguard is very small. * Saree guard looks bad and also does not have place to keep the foot.
Price of Honda CBR 250R India The bike is priced at a cost of 1,90,000 to 1,95,000 RS on road. It may vary depending upon taxes of different states. Even though the price is little high , CBR 250R is a value for money bike.
Color variants of CBR 250R Honda CBR 250R India is available in four different color combinations, Red + Grey, Blue + White, Black and the last one is Grey/Metallic Silver. Out of these four shades, Red + Grey and Blue + white shaded models are most beautiful and most selling models.
