MWC 2011: HTC Launched New ChaCha and Salsa Facebook Phones

There were several abuzz that at MWC 2011 we can see some Facebook phones, so making this all rumors true HTC has finally released two new Facebook phones running Google Android operating system. One of these model have touchscreen display, where another one comes with QWERTY keypad. Both of them sports a dedicated Facebook key with F logo in front of the phone. HTC has also stated that it will advertise its phone as Facebook phone or anything related to Facebook, it just will be a phone which supports integration of Facebook.

Both new phones from HTC have a F logo on the front with dedicated key to Facebook, not only this, HTC has also integrated Facebook access to its HTC Sense Interface so that users can easily update their status quickly.

HTC ChaCha QWERTY Keypad Facebook Phone features

HTC ChaCha Facebook Phone has 2.6 inch touchscreen display with full QWERTY keyboard, comes with dedicated F logo for social network access and comes with a direct pad of facebook button on the front panel. More details are not provided at MWC 2011, you have to wait for more details of HTC ChaCha. By its decent features it will be able to compete with other latest phones like BlackBerry Curve, Motorola Charm and others as well.

There is also a microUSB port on the side, and it's keyboard is bit similar to existing HTC phones. Stick with us for more updates of HTC ChaCha.

HTC Salsa Touchscreen Facebook Phone features

Second Facebook phone from HTC packs a 3.4 inch touchscreen display with HTC sense, it has dedicated optical keys on the front and just below you will find the dedicate key for Facebook for faster access to social networking site.

Both these HTC Facebook phones will run on Android 2.4 Ice Cream operating system which is almost similar to Android 3.0 Honeycomb but for smartphones only. Availability of HTC ChaCha and Salsa is anticipated between second quarter of 2011.
