In the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011, AT%T announced the new Samsung Infuse 4G With 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus Display. The phone have the potential to be the successor of the Galaxy S outside USA. The most important feature of Samsung Infuse 4G is its super-AMOLDED Plus display which have a resolution of 450 x 800.

The AMOLED Plus display with high contrast and visibility, even in bright light is an up grade of the Galaxy S' super AMOLED display. While comparing with Galaxy's 1 GHz processor, Infuse 4G have Galaxy's 1 GHz processor. The operating system of Infuse 4G is Android 2.2 Froyo. Samsung Infuse 4G will have 2 cameras - a rear camera of 8MP with flash and autofocus and a front one with 1.3 MP. The phone have sleek looks with curving edges and like a long rectangular bar. Samsung Infuse 4G is the slimmest phone from AT&T. Another important feature of Infuse 4G is its 4G internet access, provided by AT&T's HSPA + network with a speed of 14.4 MBs per second.

There will be many competitors to the Samsung Infuse 4G from the At&T itself. They are Motorola Atrix 4G and HTC Inspire 4G, both are trying to vie for market position alongside Samsung Infuse 4G. Each of them has its own pros and cons. Atrix 4G is better than Infuse 4G inc ase of RAM and resolution. But processor of Infuse 4G is better than 1GHz processor of the other two phones.

The release date of Samsung Infuse 4G is expected to be this March. The price of Samsung Infuse 4G is not announced yet, but it is expected to be around 200$ with 2 year contract.

Anyway, Samsung infuse 4G will surely a powerful competitor to Apple's 4G iPhone and other 4G phones. Samsung infuse 4G will be a good Google Android phone.
