ASUS EePad MeMo-Android 3.0 HoneyComb Tablet Unveiled at CES 2011.

ASUS unveiled the new Android Smart Phone cum Tablet, Eee Pad MeMo at CES 2011. The main feature of this android tablet is the 7-inch capacitive full touchscreen which has a resolution of 1024 X 600. The good looking tablet comes with a capacitive stylus for use within the apps bundled with it. Media Note and Painter are the apps preloaded with the tablet which can make use of this stylus. Until now, no android smart phones or tablets did not come with such pen-input method. So, it may create a new era in the Tablet world.

The EePad MeMo is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core Qualcomm 8260 processor with excellent internal memory. This tablet will have Anroid 3.0 HoneyComb as the Operating System. EePad MeMo is equipped with two cameras. A front-facing camera of 1.2 megapixel for video calls and a back camera of 5 megapixels with LED flash are equipped with this interesting tablet.

Another excellent feature of the EePad MeMo is the MeMic Bluetooth Headset for receiving calls. "The EePad MeMo will be a perfect blend of tablet and smart phone"-said ASUS spokesperson. The Price of the EePad MeMo would be $499. The ASUS Eee Pad MeMO will be released this June and will be available at electronics stores throughout US.
