4G is the name given to the next generation mobile phones and the letter G stands for Generation. 4G is also being referred as International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced (IMTA) technology that provides high speed data transfer over 4G with enhanced security measures. 4G Network should also be capable of use networks on IP address basis. Users can enjoy the speed like that of broadband connections, even in mobile. In other words, 4G is a enhanced version of 3G.

Data Transfer Speed on 4G

Outdoor users can get the data transfer speed up to 100 Mega Bytes per second (100Mbps) while access through mobile phones.
Indoor users like fixed station internet users can get the data speed of around 1 Giga Bytes per second (1Gbps).
