Google Android No. 2 Mobile Operating System

Google's Android has now became the 2nd mobile operating system.


 

Google's mobile operating system Android has become No. 2 mobile operating system by its global hit in market in Q3 2010.
Google Android
Nokia is still the king of the market by the 37 per cent share, where Google's Android is having 17 per cent share in market. Last year, Android was having less shares than Research In Motion's Blackberry OS, Apple iOS and Microsoft's mobile operating system. Some of the main mobile companies who helped Android to grow are Motorola, HTC and Samsung.

Google is also making a new phone Google Nexus Two with Samsung and about to release it in an event on November 8th. See the article, Google and Samsung to bring Nexus Two. Android is open source operating system it is offered to cellphone vendors to make some kind of customization and provide it to the mobile users. Now Google is promising the users to give cheap Android phones and we are waiting for Google to announce some cheap and budgeted phones running Android.
