Dell has officailly announced the launching of Dell Venue Pro Smartphone with Windows 7 as the operating system. The smartphone enjoys excellent features like 5MP camera, picture hub, exciting processor etc .

Leading laptop manufacture, Dell announced the launching of Dell Venue Pro Smartphone with Windows Phone 7. Aimed at all the users, Dell has joined the WP6 community like Microsoft. Dell has changed the name of the device from Dell Lightning to Dell Venue Pro. The handset has a 4.1-inch portrait which includes a WVGA AMOLED multi touch display screen and a back-facing 5MP digital camera. Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor and portrait QWERTY keyboard attracts customers to the handset. Gorilla Glass surface used on the top ensures better durability and scratch resistance. The phone is mainly focused on those who keep in touch with friends and colleagues; one of the best social networking supporter allowing features like People hub, Pictures hub, Games hub, Music + Video, Office hub and Marketplace hub. The connectivity features of Dell Venue Pro includes Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS services. Other key features of this smarphone include EDR, G-sensor, eCompass, Proximity sensor, light sensor, FM Radeo, GPS and 1400 mAh battery. Dell officially announced the 'T Mobile' as the launch partner of the smartphone in USA. The handset will be available earlier in 2011.
