Basic HTML tags to use in various posts
We do not encourage lot of HTML formatting in posts. All posts should be very simple and plain text but should use the following basic HTML tags as needed.
<H2> tag
This is called "Heading 2". This tag should be used for all paragraph headings. (For each paragraph, there should be a heading).
Example:
<H2>Google AdSense revenue sharing program</H2>
<B> tag
This is called BOLD tag. Important keywords in a post should be made bold using this word. Sample usage:
One of the great online advertising solutions is <B>Google AdSense Ads</B> revenue sharing program.
I love this <B>Google Chrome CR48 netbook</B> and I am eagetly waiting to get a new one for me.
If you post the content as shown above, it will appear like this (see the keywords that appear in bold):
One of the great online advertising solutions is
Google AdSense Ads
revenue sharing program.
I love this
Google Chrome CR48 netbook
and I am eagetly waiting to get a new one for me.
<strong> tag
This is called STRONG tag. It serves almost the same purpose as B tag and can be used in the same manner as B tag. Sample usage:
One of the great online advertising solutions is <strong>Google AdSense Ads</strong> revenue sharing program.
I love this <strong>Google Chrome CR48 netbook</strong> and I am eagerly waiting to get a new one for me.
If you post the content as shown above, it will appear like this (see the keywords that appear in bold):

Those are the only 2 tags that you are required to use in all posts.
Both <strong> and <B> and have almost same visual effect in most browsers, however, certain browsers may have different appearance and behavior for <strong> tag depending the device (like mobile browser). Many SEO experts recommend using <strong> instead of <B>
Few more tags for experts
If you are an expert HTML user, you may use few more tags shown below, but do not try to use them if you are not absolutely sure how to use them:
<LI>
<I>
<EM>
<H3>
<A HREF=''>
<IMG>
