Hello Anil,
Welcome to GRC. Basically GRC is a product site where you can submit a product, write reviews or write anything about a product, movie or company. The only'condition to earn is to write the content in your own words and not to copy master from any other website. Also you have to follow basic English guidelines.aspx like not writing everything in caps like you have done.
